It really does lack any real reason to keep going after the initial hurdle of actually getting out of town.
You can make the helicopter show up more often but that dries up pretty quick too, even more so once you figure out that the respawn system intentionally checks to see if an area is walled off and skips spawning there if it is.

The gas station and bus terminal outside Rosewood is objectively the best base location in the game. It has access to fuel, a lake, forests, and it's situated in a relatively low-population spot.

Not those anons, but firestation IS my favorite base. I also agree with them that it sucks.

Same with Med Clinic. I love them both. But I also loved living with my parents growing up. I had a fantastic childhood and a supportive family. But sometimes a nigga needs to grow up and challenge the world around them.
