Nu-Zelda is functionally indistinguishable from modern AAA garbage so frankly no.
If "most games" includes sports shovelware and Skinner boxes, sure.

Not when the budget is accounted for.Also Wind Waker is far and away the worst 3D Zelda. "Press A to Awesome" combat in an empty open world with fetch quests.

No. Zelda gets away with what it does because it was consistently great, if not boundary pushing for its first 15 years. Pic related is what most people mean when referring to Zelda as a great series. It was, and had a respectably good run from the mid 80s to early 00s. It's definitely not been the same since Wind Waker, and while it's always been at least an above average series in terms of polish it's definitely slipped over the years in terms of design and, somehow, difficulty. There are some very pretty, but very average games in this series from the last 25 years.
there's a lot of games better than Wind Waker and Four Swords, but otherwise, yeah, the rest of the series are very solid despite some flaws like the talkative sword.
