When I had a broken wrist last year I played Kirby Air Ride on a special version of dolphin which had multiplayer, and I got my homies to play with me. All you need is a joystick and 1 button. I think it was called karphin, and there's a (tranny) Discord for getting it set up

I remember when Yakuza 0 came out my lower arm had both bones broken. Thankfully on my offhand so put my controller on the lap and had controlled it mostly with my thumb and pinky finger. Reaching the shoulder buttons was the only challenge.To OP, you can play practically every type or rpg.Deckbuilders or VN (eww) are also easy to play. The Sony experience Tlou clones are a option aswell.
