I don't need battle shout to cause a giant shockwave on my fucking screen every time I use it.

I miss early wow.You guys got any fun little memories of old WoW? they don't have to be amazing or hilarious, just something that stands out.I remember not knowing the map existed as a kid, so I would frequently get lost. my first character was a druid that I got to darkshore and for one reason or another I ended up genociding furbolgs for several levels. later, someone I met asked if I wanted to run to SW with them, and I said sure, but as we got halfway through wetlands I remembered my friend saying something about perma-death. I panicked, told them I didn't want to die, and logged out until my hearth was up. the next day I went back to committing genocide on furbolgs.I did similar stuff on a high level rogue my brothers gave me as they were rerolling. I just wandered around, meeting/helping people, looking for shit to grind because I didn't know where else to go in the world. I got their 40 rogue to 50ish, and got invited to a group that was doing dungeons. We did Maura/ST, where I got Thrash blade and Dragon's call, and the mage was kind enough to enchant them with Fiery/Icy. I felt like the biggest bad ass with two glowing swords.

A lot of classes got busted and overpowered shit that week, but priests were leagues beyond any of them.
Largely shit, yes.TWW was less shit due to above-average class design, but they irradiated that itty bitty bean of goodness with Midnight./10k hours.
