I use one of the local UPS offices to store packages worth over 200 dollars and I can even direct the package to one by my home or office based on when it delivers. Same for Fedex. USPS mail I have sent to a local locker with any certified/sensitive mail. The locker services are 100% free as well for USPS as they just drop a key in your normal mailbox and you take the key to the labeled box to retrieve your item. With UPS and Fedex it has always been free. You can just infinitely ask them to move your package between pickup locations if you want and they'll never charge you.
