Not OP but it's the weakest of the trilogy. The alternate routes are pretty good but the base levels are neither 1's precision platforming nor 3's fun theming and powers, plus the bosses are particularly weak and the jetpack stages make almost any gimmick level in 3 look like a godsend in comparison. Not a bad game, but definitely the weakest of the lot.
