>genuinely good characters who develop naturally>a well-written and coherent story>points about the flaws of modern society>hmofaThis is the best romance visual novel I've ever played. I thoroughly recommend it. Got the perfect ending on my first try.
Forgot to mention, this is the FIRST visual novel I've ever played. Does /v/ have any recommendations?
>Huff... Huff... Wheeze...I'm gonna make that gator ROLL! She's gonna be BIG AND ROUND! Listen close...Listen hard! BWAHAHAHAHAUGH!

>>738305245Snoot Game if you want more HMOFA. Katawa Shoujo and Everlasting Summer if you want to try out some dating VNs from imageboard users and Unteralterbach if you like loli and German satire. Ace Attorney/Ghost Trick, 999/VLR, Famicom Detective Club and Hotel Dusk/Last Window if you like mystery stories with or without murder. The Silver Case and The 25th Ward if you like batshit insane stories. The Coffin of Andy and Leyley if you like batshit insane characters doing batshit insane things. VA-11 Hall-A if you like cozy vibes and cyberpunk settings. Totono if you like metafictional stories, although not much of it might make sense if you aren't somewhat familiar with common Japanese VN tropes. And if you're fine with Telltale style games, then TWD season 1, The Wolf Among Us, Batman the Telltale Series, Tales from The Borderlands season 1 and Dispatch are usually agreed to be the best takes on the formula. I think that's all the VNs I've tried and liked off the top of my head. There might be more I've forgotten.
>>738307050I'm prob gonna play Snoot Game next. Cavemanon is a very interesting studio, they're very active. Regarding Katawa Shoujo,>DID YOUR MOM GIVE BIRTH IN A MINEFIELD?
