At first I was willing to stick through it because the atmosphere was cool but now it's all out the fucking windows because it decides to become some retarded sword fighting shit halfway through. I hate that I HAVE to read it too, I want to read the rest of the SciAdv series after loving Steins Gate and according to everything I've read online the ending of Chaos Head is essential to understanding the other entries. Why is it so bad? Why is every character so unlikable and not in a good way? Why does it have to be this fucking long? Why does it drop everything to focus on fucking sword fights? Why does it have to be the nexus point to other seemingly unrelated games? I fucking hate this shit so much bros please help me.

>>738321185Because for one, the MC is one of the most unique in the entire genre where you get a deep look inside someone who is a true loner which probably resonates with a lot of people on this board, you might not like him for whatever reason but he's miles above the average blank slate. As for not being scared by Rimi, this is not a horror game, it's a science-fantasy mystery thriller. The horror aspect comes with how unnerving the contrast between how cute and friendly she seems and the idea that there might be something more under the surface.
