Always stay at a distance, she will try to teleport attack you which is easy to predict and dodge+counter punish, them immediately pull away again. Her ranged attack is fairly slow, just jump over it. Then the next boss is much more difficult so if you struggle with Raven you'll have a terrible time with Providence.
