But there's 10s between the Sinistral and Dextral recharges. You of course open (it seems) with 3 charges of Sinistral and Dextral so you can go wild at the beginning, but after you exhaust those? You'll have to do your filler gcd rotation (that is one button) while you wait for Sinistral/Dextral to recharge.
