What did he do that was so bad that he went to Hell, even after all of the good I did in my LG playthrough?
>>
>>738333686
he was gay
>>
made a "dark souls 2 was good, actually" vid
>>
he updated my journal
>>
wasn't it implied that he willfully goes to hell?
>>
>>738333686
he accidentally ate a leftover chicken parm on friday and didn't mention it during confession
>>
Been a while since I played but wasn't it mass genocide, basically a world killer?
>>
>>738333686
Doesn't matter, apparently going to hell in Planescape is the norm and I wonder why no one else tried what TNO tried. I'm sure no one wants to fight in the eternal hell war dimension.
>>
>>738333686
He owned anime figurines.
>>
>>738334031
Don't believe so. Might have helped Curst slid into Carceri, or dealth with coaxmetal and thus hurry the universe to entropy. Removing his mortality with Ravel would also count since countless people died in his place selfishly, but that obviously after he already did his bas thing.
>>
>>738334075
him trying to escape the cycle is exactly why he got canned in the first place imo. like divine retribution
>>
He voted for [Insert Politician You Hate Here].
>>
>>738333686
Bad writing, unironically.
>>
>>738333686
He didn't reply to this post or your mother will die in her sleep
>>
>>738334075
Plenty try in different manners, the most common being undeath. Reaching someone mazed by the lady for a deal is not something most people would try or wish to do.
>>
>>738333686
he was Adam (hence, "Adahn"), who ate from the fruit from the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil, thereby irrevocably condemning mankind to eternal damnation and original sin until Christ Jesus could ransom men's souls back from the devil
>>
>>738333686
Milleniums of accumulated bad karma. Also the Powers don't appreciate when cheaters try to mess with the mechanisms of their precious Blood War.
>>
>>738333686
TNO apparently did something so heinous before becoming immortal that he angered all the gods
>>
He hot glued a Lady of Pain doll.
>>
>>738333686
He downloaded a car
>>
>>738334541
He did a huge racism and gave everyone the ick. There's also lore hints that he's transphobic.
>>
>>738334472
Jesus negotiates with terrorists?
>>
>>738333686
He invented spell slots
>>
>>738333686
he mapped out the passages between the Outer Planes, allowing the Nine Hells to navigate to the Abyss and back, consequently if unintentionally starting the whole Blood War
>>
>>738334680
Game came out in 99, people cared about real crimes back then - like genociding whole plans of existence or stuff like that.
>>
>>738334075
That's an entirely Lower Planes problem. Most other planes stay out of it. When an angel tried to get involved, she wound up becoming a devil and making shit worse.

the blood heavily implies that the original incarnation is actually responsible for the start of the blood war so that it wouldn't be fought at the gates of heaven. that's why he needed immortality, to escape his fate
>>

*game
not blood, tired

God invented the Art of the Deal
Jesus bargained with something of infinite value - his life - in exchange for something the devil considered of negative value - men's souls - with Satan foolishly thinking he could get the better of God
Jesus proceeded to walk away with something which was of infinite value to him - mankind's salvation - AND keep his life after all because as God he has an infinite amount of it, and the devil can't even possess that which he bargained for, meaning he gets NOTHING while God gets EVERYTHING
>>
>>738333998
this is cannon
>>
>>738334840
Everybody know it's a containment war to keep demons and devils occupied. Gods won't hesitate to get involved in it if only to make sure it keeps going.
>>
>>738334237
He voted for James Buchanan ? Yeah fuck that guy
>>
>>738333686
IIRC its implied somewhere that he either started the bloodwar somehow or that he is somehow singlehandedly responsible for the universe eventually dying.
>>
>>738333686
He used a Bow and a Shield at the same time and didn't tell anybody. That's why you won't find either of those in the game.
>>
If you actually played the game, you'd know that TNO's immortality works by making someone else die in his place instead. that's gotta leave a pretty karmic footprint
>>
>>738335392
I'm not losing any sleep because Pharod got karma merc'd.
>>
this game is extremely comfy for being so grim

I always assumed that the original guy never did anything that terrible, only that he believed he did, so strongly that it made him pursue immortality to try to repend for it for eternity.
>>
It's implied he's responsible for the Blood War starting in the first place, somehow, although it always seemed to me like a bunch of different factions of equally evil demons that hate everyone else would be destined to fight each other forever anyway.
>>
Wasn't he a rapist warlord
>>
>>738335269
>that he is somehow singlehandedly responsible for the universe eventually dying.
It's this. The universe was at balance and every death would be recycled into a new life at a 1:1 rate. Whatever the fuck his original incarnation did aeons ago disrupted this balance seemingly permanently and the universe is now destined to slowly suffer entropy until eventually everything is gone. Granted this will take an extremely, absurdly long amount of time, but that still makes him the biggest fuckup in existence.
>>
>>738334607
I wonder if she would have a different reaction to you glazing a doll made in her image outside of banishing you to the endless maze.
>>
I always assumed it had something to do with how he became immortal. Probably broad experimentation on souls, to the extent that he was able to give the gods a bird and but avoided the fate of the Wall of the Faceless.
>>
>>738337905
>>738335269
his method of achieving immorality caused that.
