There was like 1 or 2 combats in STS1 act 1 that could do 25+ damage in 1 turn off the top of my head, but that's seemingly every single act 1 enemy in STS2. Unless you get super lucky and draw your blugeon on an off turn, it becomes a trade off: eat a huge hit to the face and deal 36 damage (that might not even lethal). I'd say it's much more takeable if you have energy generators, otherwise it's a tough sell for me.
