I'm a pretty big fan of the aesthetic and gameplay of the top-down zelda games, and I think this game mostly looks fine.
It shouldn't have taken them this long nor should it be the make-or-break after they made one of the most successful indie games ever though.
I've seen solo /AGDG/ devs make shit that looks 100% on par with this, with no budget, no teams, nothing.
