The devs knew the RE tourists would buy it becasue they never played the original simple as. It's crazy how you have to install like ten different mods to attempt to fix the demake. We still don't have anything to fix the clutter and dark lighting yet but someone is working on a mod that rewrites all the dialogue which is nice.

I'm so glad I can move while aiming in the remake, where even so much as twitching a toe immediately makes my guns ridiculously inaccurate and forces me to wait 52.5 seconds for Leon to stop being a retard and aim again (and then watch as he completely misses anyway, even with the crosshair at maximum accuracy)
That was really worth the massive debuff to movement. I love watching Leon languidly ooze around the landscape like the contents of a used condom

i've never had that happen to me but plenty of times i have been put in positions where damage is unavoidable on professional which is genuinely bullshit considering all the combat changes they made (enemies taking 2-3 pistol bullets to stagger, and adding a parry. ) if they were going to try and make it more like an action game they should've added a dodge button
