I actually just finished playing through it last night. I think the 60fps patch actually makes the game harder. I died to Orphan way more than I did on PS4, and then when I turned the patch off I killed him immediately. Attacks just felt a bit easier to dodge at 30.

I played it on PS4, PS5 and emulated it. When I last emulated Bloodborne it was "good enough", if the emulator got updated I wouldn't have noticed, I'm not seeking updates for it anymore.

Here is my experience and PC spec.Also this is from a build from around Jan of 2026 so it might be different now>3070 8gb>i5 12400>plays at 60fps>No game bugs while playing>crashes every 60-90 minutes from memory leaks but like every fromsoft game it autosaves every few seconds and only takes around 15 seconds to relaunch to the exact space it crashed.>modded so bullets+vials restock to 10 at lamppostsIn conclusion I had a pretty good time. Just by virtue of being 60fps I enjoyed it a lot more on console.
It's been reasonably playable for over a year, and 98% for half a year if you were willing to give up custom characters by applying the vertex explosion fix.
