Idk but I have been playing this dungeon crawler called Saphire Wings on the Switch 2 and it's very similar , loving the fuck out of it but the difficulty is insane

Grimrock 2. Sad they gave up and never made another one.
>>738533198its ok. The gnomes are assholes

I've had fun wandering around the mazes in Dragon Ruins II. I wouldn't call the maps all that great, but the game is sort of intended to let you turn off your brain and just wander around, and the maps are complex enough to make this a little difficult. It's not really challenging at all if you're focusing on it.
I like the aesthetics of Mary Skelter but the gameplay and level design is shovelware tierSame for Zanki ZeroGrimrock 1 looked really fucking good back in the day. It still holds up.

It still holds up.I feel like i shoot myself in the foot by trying to play Grimrock 1 by mapping on paper, game doesn't take long at all to start introducing teleporters that takes you all over the place and is impossible to keep a coherent map until you find yourself back to the teleporter, was really frustrating
>>738536294Real Time DRPGs aren't really good for manual map making.Even Chaos Strikes Back gives you an automap
>>738535791I though the level design of zanki zero wasn't too bad. Better than the first etrian Odyssey .The environments were comfy as shit too. Wish it was a regular RPG though
