Oman is the only country that at least wants to make a non-retarded sprawling neo-city with skyscrapers to boot.Infrastructure wise, it's all the bad aspects about American and Canadian infrastructure but 10 times worse. Dubai is a largely empty city flanked by a desert, a shoreline and a large slum where all their slaves work. It's easily one of the worst designed cities in the world and people only "live" there to evade taxes
