I wouldn't be so quick to criticize every kid. I feel like many of them are catching stray fire due to direct and indirect influence of low IQ individuals from 3rd world countries. Some of the kids might be dumb and obnoxious, but I feel that many things attributed to them actually come from developmentally stunted browns and their spawns that have flooded the Web thanks to smartphones. The inherent stupidity of the population is also more accentuated for the same reason.

And if kids really turn out to be dumber than before, that would sadly be the reflection of society as a whole, and that society would be to blame for how the kids turn out. It's quite sad how things have panned out, not necessarily with regard to the people, but rather processes, technological developments, etc. The world was not ready for the levels of globalization that we are experiencing today. But in the end, I think the kids will be alright.
