Both Blue Reflection games on consoles have jiggle physics, they are rare during events but it happens, Chihiro's breasts often jiggle during a specific event for example.

Instead of at least doing that for the sequel, though, they tossed the whole system aside in favor of a new, even more half-baked battle system.Blue Reflection: Second Light can actually be pretty enjoyable on the highest difficulty setting, but they inexplicably decided to lock it behind clearing the game once. It could still stand to be balanced a bit better, but it's a big step up from the completely mindless cakewalk of the default difficulties. The release of Quartet would be a great opportunity to rebalance things a bit, since even something as simple and easy as some numerical adjustments could make a big difference, but I don't think it's going to happen.
