When will we see the Dynasty Warriors 3 Remaster? This is the first time I've ever looked forward to a remaster/remake.

Apparently it's no longer on releasing on Switch (1) so I guess the delay was for performance issues

I've been waiting too.
I know it's absolutely not going to play anything remotely close to the PS2 game, but big fucking maybe they will not do it DW8 style at least, and not a straight clone of Origins either.

demo footage looked pretty faithful to the original, except for the higher troop counts obviously. they've brought in some QoL stuff from origins but apparently there's lots of toggle options to disable features to give it a classic feel

It would be difficult to be faithful to the original while also keeping the higher troop counts though.
DR3 was a game where the mooks are almost as dangerous as the officers, and the archers will probably kill you more in endgame stages.
