You'll still have to manually install each DLC but the repackers usually let you download DLCs in volumes and if you get a modern repack you won't have to install much since most DLCs will come preinstalled. Modding is still a pain in the ass since a lot of modders love to purge their uploads for whatever reason, but if you don't care about hunting down presets you don't really need much. The only things you need are COM Modular Installer which will give you a lot of QoL mods and SKB mods for skin details which are easy to find.

Koikatsu is cool if you want models that look almost exactly like they're drawn, but you don't necessarily want to see them naked a lot (nudes are where Koi falls short imo)The models also have strangely poor topology so nude bits aren't very smooth HS2 is for nude textures.
