Idk about title but for the theme it could be something where Duke is old and washed up kind of like old snake in mgs4. The world has also gone to shit where “peaceful” aliens seeking asylum on earth are being welcome in by the governments, lots of pro-alien propaganda and woke shitheads protesting against those who oppose these policies. So Duke has to witness all this, eventually snaps and starts a to one man coup to bring order back to the planet.
