Stellar blade has “normal” customization and goes down to the characters ass but thats not THAT long… and then the list seems to mostly end beyond some HTML games. Long hair is hard to render well, and games where its canonically very long (rapunzel in disney infinity or whatever) dont tend to come with customization.

If you're after something more comfy and laid back, Yuru Camp or Hibimeshi are good choices.
