Depends on what you mean by "finally good" or what originally was your problem with it. If you didn't like the combat, or the aesthetic, or the story (if you consider it a high-priority factor), or any of those things, then it's for all intents and purposes unchanged. But it has removed many of the anti-fun mechanics and general friction, there is now something you could consider a functional "endgame loop", itemization has been changed (again) such that there are "big items" to chase but at the same time you can craft (cf. being entirely at mercy of RNG) or target-farm items that enable your build, etc. Also, the expansion campaign and areas are better than base game ones.It's still "the casual Diablo2like" and there's a host of other issues (bosses are stupid in that they are entirely about 1-shot mechanics rather than attrition, it's no longer annoying in ways like having to run to nightmare dungeons but I still feel the "open world MMO" nature does it more harm than good, it's always-online, cosmetic monetization is very much in-your-face, etc) but I think the previously dysfunctional aspects have been improved enough that it's worth playing for the good ones ("combat that actually feels good" being the really big high-priority factor). Perhaps not religiously, but completing the season journey sort of deal.

New crafting system allows you to basically print whatever items and affixes you want and turn them into legendaries. Hunting for greater affixes/transfigures is the new key to the game so you will be doing a lot of crafting but you'll easily get into T12 to endgame content within 12 hours if you know what you're doing.24+ if you're playing a weak class (paladin) or taking your time. Story is alright-ish but if you play from beginning to end it's quite a bit of content and it's well optimized. Even if you hate Seasons and the end game I'd say it might finally be worth it's initial price, but with the expacs on top it's a little overpriced.

Apparently the hotfix made it so it’s no longer possible to mark Ball Lighting as a Core Skill, which is fucking up a lot of builds. This wasn’t intended though, and hotfix is coming out today to change it.

No, don't waste your money.Unless you enjoy the campaign's over 9000 cutscenes and millenial writing in an ARPG there's no reason to play this overpriced trash over any other modern ARPG.Classes feel very samey, builds all feel very samey, endgame is the same 3 dogshit activities over and over.I guess I deserve the "fell for it again award" thinking modern Blizz makes anything but garbage nowadays.I hope they can acquire a steady source of breastmilk in the future because it seems like they really need it to make anything worthwhile.
