Found a big bottle of bleach. Bleach has antiseptic qualities so I was able to freely convert all my dressings into sterilized dressings. I tested using it as a topical antiseptic and it works, but damages muscle. This means it's better than glowfruits because glowfruits also damage skin, and muscle can be easily healed for free with an ice pack.Drinking bleach is extremely bad for you. But I think maybe in the right circumstances with the right gear such as digestion crystals and ice packs you could purposely drink bleach to grind RES levels.
