Games like RE5 reveal what retarded cattle gaymers are. It's 95% the same game as RE4, overall an improvement across the board (particularly in controls and setpiece design), but yet because it doesn't have "classic" status, normalfag retards can share their true opinions instead of just conforming to the consensus, which is you see such radically different userscores despite the games being extremely similar. RE4 is 4.4 on backloggd (like 99th percentile), while RE5 is 3.3 (<50th percentile), literally several standard deviations higher rated despite being almost identical.

Really? Even with all the RE4 ports? I mean I'm not at all surprised it sold among the highest, it's coming off a hugely popular title like DMC2 and Sticker Star were, but I'd figure RE4 would have it beaten out long-term just because they brought it to so many platforms over the years.

The demo was amazing and I still remember when the demo came out and everyone try downloading it, it shut down the xbox network for a few minutes. The demo was so much fun to play, I play it over and over.
RE5 was a clear step up from RE4 in almost every way. It's still the best nu RE game there is.

4's got better level/encounter design and all but 5's combat feels better in general and Wesker's a much more enjoyable villain than anybody in 4 except MAYBE Krauser.
