I've only played the ps3 version which had some of the worst netcode I've ever experienced. It made Diavolo being busted even more hilarious when people just couldn't react to anything.

Why does Hanged Man always have to be tied to Hol Horse? Why can't J. Geil be his own character for once?

last time I played him his ult would whiff far too often and his balls coming back to him gimmick didn't do enough stagger to prevent comboes
that and he didn't have a 0 to 100 oneshot combo like part 3 characters
and corpse part being impossible to get and his charge gimmick being something you simply can't interact with ever
