Do not recommend, they keep kneecapping their own gameplay with systems that push you towards tedious but optimal solutions. You can't just ignore them because they inflate resource requirements with the expectation that you're doing the tedious solutions

Soul Storm has been the worst so far, not because it’s bad. No, because it’s got a lot of wasted potential through poorly implemented campaign mechanics. The new units are all generally good additions to their respective factions. Except IG, the marauder bomber is kind of crap and no where near as good as the Chaos Talon or Land Speeder Tempest.

I beat Arx Fatalis for the first time a few months ago - it was SOVL. I'm glad I was finally able to tolerate the janky combat and magic system, because I don't know how you're supposed to beat the final boss without Levitate.

Last game I beat too, but like a few months ago. I can't seem to stick with one game for long. I liked it well enough, but after the story, it felt like a lot of busy work. All those recipes I'd have to do, the minigames building up, the grinding of all those characters, and the gameplay hadn't really changed too much from the beginning of the game. It was charming, but after those credits hit, I didn't have any desire to keep on.

I grinded out all 40 or whatever companies
I managed to get almost all the jobs to hero sans the magic and berserker class
I completed year 1000 dungeon in a party, but I don't really care for the whole base building thing. I did force myself to do a lot to unlock the drill tail hair though
never bothered grinding out bis for the companions or their time tools since I had 2nd bis

I did really enjoy the dungeons and combat the most because it was simple yet engaging and you could spam potions
level 5 should use it as a base and expand on the world

Actually beat SaGa Scarlet ambition twice in a row, the first 2 or 3 time I bounced off it in the first few hours, but now it's either my 3rd or 4th favourite Saga games I've played so far.

Resident Evil on the gamecube, about a week ago. It was okay. It was worse than the original game though. Too many gimmicks and some of the puzzles were so obtuse I ended up having to read a guide. I did love the new shark tank area though. That shit was great.

Based, I did it a few years back, although not a living dex. Some bits of it were tedious but it was really fun, need to replace the batteries in my Silver and Crystal carts to do it for Gen 2. Thinking about it for Gen 3, I don't have Ruby and Sapphire so I could theoretically get everything except Jirachi since I have FR/LG/E and the Orre games.

It was a bit tedious having to do 3 extra playthroughs up to Cinnabar Island just to get the fossil pokémons. I've started playing Gold now aiming for a complete dex but will transfer over my first 151 pokémons.

I know this is "cheating" but I played through Red, picked Squirtle in Blue, traded him back to Red and got him to like level 45. Gave him Surf and Strength, transfered my Mew with the other HMd and just steamrolled.
You know you could've just used Stadium 2 to transfer the fossils to your main save if you have it.

Yesterday I started and finished Call of the Elder Gods and was really disappointed. I wasn't expecting anything more than a walking simulator, but it felt like a step down from Call of the Sea, and it felt much shorter to boot. Was more Indiana Jones than it was pulp Cthulhu.
