Why the hell is BB emulation so stuttery, and why is the sound quality so bad?

Emulatorfags don't notice the imperfections of emulation.
These are my settings. I'm using an SFX mod (the game would crash whenever I got hit), and the vertex explosion mod. I'm using a 2560x1080 21:9 patch, with the memory allocation being 4000MB. I'm on a 4060.

I just played through it and has no such issues. There was a little stutter at the start of the game, but the shaders compiling eventually sorted that.
