There is a mod called cannot be frozen which is incredibly useful but it doesn't work on the Holy Freeze aura he has on which is the thing slowing you. If you drink one you can remove the effect but the next tick of the aura is just going to apply it again.Just run around in the room in a circle. You play a sorc, static field can bring down monster HP to 1 on normal so start with that.
