How fares your empire? The Khmer have built just about every wonder and are abot to get some cannonfire raining on them.

Total War Empire mogs every strategy game.

Is it true that some nations don't get today off work (with pay)?

But it itself is a strategy game.

Were I employed I'd get double salary for today's hours at least. Don't know how it works in others.

Man I don't know how the fuck Ragnar and Sitting bull are this far behind in tech. It's still immortal difficulty so they enjoy some very nice bonuses.

Not an aesthetic point but I also really love the collection of compositions from renaissance to modern era in the game

Something weird happened in this game. Brennus was already at war with Montezuma when he suddenly decided to declare also on me and take this city that I had founded. I had thought that the AI didn't declare new wars if they already were in one.

>only played civ VI
>put in like 1000 hours into it
It's my favorite, all the other ones seem drab and shallow.
>>
>>738844402
If 4 seems shallow compared to 6 to you I don't think you've ever given it a chance.
>>
>>738844459
No, I never played it. I'm saying it seems drab and shallow, not that it is drab and shallow. They just don't like civ to me. Looks like a clutter of busywork and floating assets.

It's only $6 with all the expansions on steam right now. Every civ game seems to be on sale. Probably a better purchase than VII, which I hear is unrewarding and has the worst late game of any civ game.

>Against an equal tech opponent with big culture cities, probably walls too and cannons being your sole advantage
Oh shit nigger what are you doing

OK, so you never played it, but it "seems" shallow? Wow, that's so interesting. Thanks for telling us!

your post seems extremely retarded not that I read most of it, but the first few words definitely make you look like a retard that should keep his mouth shut

>playing with water
that's easy mode, AI suck at naval invading.
>>
>>738841901
I never really got the Civ series
I started with Civ 2 test of time and then played civ 4 with the two expansions

Usually by like the time I get around gunpowder units, I get really bored. No idea why. It feels like there's very little improvements in general and each tech isn't really that good anymore

Funny how Civ VI is the one I played the least, only maybe two full games from start to finish and that's all. In theory, everything is here, gameplay (after expansions) is going smoothly, mechanics works together but something fundamental is missing and I cannot explain it. Meanwhile played hell lot of IV and less so much still a lot of V and never felt they were missing something. Strange. Talked about this with my co-worker once and she mentioned that she dislike VI too but consider V the best one (I prefer IV). Odd.

Speaking of IV, did modders finally fix Caveman2Cosmos mod for IV so it runs normally? I mean, last time I tried it, many years ago, it would slow down to snail pace quickly, with single turn pass taking minutes.
