Even something as small as the master sword icon you can tell originally they changed it's proportions on purpose to fill more of the B button slot, but the people who did the texture pack said "erm, the sword doesn't look like that" and missed the point of that choice entirely. And all these small mistakes add up to a worse looking experience.
