All my problems were just old configuration files that were no longer relevant, but restricted access from outside the network, outdated self-signed certificates etc. in the end I migrated a lot of stuff to docker containers.

In reality this will do nothing for pre-rdna 4 owners because the entire idea of machine learning upscaling is to use dedicated hardware to accelerate these ML algorithms which is why dlss only works on rtx cards and full fat fsr4 only works on rx 9000 cards. The previous gen amd cards dont have this special hardware so running the same algorithms either massively tanks performance to achieve the same quality or rhey have to nerf the quality so it doesnt tank performance. Its going to basically be like how xess has a native (i think its called xmx) version for the ML acceleration cores in intel arc gpus and then a way worse version (dp4a) which works on all other cards but its so shit nobody actually uses it.

For me, FSR4 performance through optiscaler is the same FPS as FSR 3.1.5 Balanced, but it often looks better than even Quality preset FSR 3.1.5. It may be a bit oversharpened but I'm sure with official support this will be better implemented. This is with a 6950 XT.Recently got adaptive FSR 3 framegen to work right in a game by turning mouse smoothing off. I was a framegen hater but gotta admit, for some games it just works, especially with FSR4.
