I just got a dual sense controller for my pc and wanted to try it out
>>738875534>porownanie
>>738875534Saros, every gun has haptics, switching to the 2nd weapon ability is done by holding the left trigger halfway, a full press activates the energy weapon
>>738875534>>738875808oh you mean pc, returnal does it aswell
>>738875808Not PC at the moment but I see returnal is so I'll check that out.
>>738875534SH2R was much better with them, also RE9 just got dualsense support too, haven't tried it yet though
>>738875534Pragamata
>>738875808That has nothing to do with adaptive triggers. Adaptive triggers is about changing resistance and how hard you have to press to activate them. You're talking about analog triggers.
>>738876058but the left trigger is harder to press. Uncharted LoT collection uses has a perma hard to press right trigger aswell
>>738875534i play games on my ps5. i turned adaptive triggers and all the vibrations off. it's annoying as fuck.
>>738876167You sound gay
>>738876154Ok then, but you hadn't mention that
>>738876167This. Easy 2 more hours of battery life just like that, too.
Wtf is the difference between haptic feedback and adaptiver triggers?
>>738876303my ps5 sits next to my pc up it's plugged in all the time.
>>738875534Warhammer, Spiderman, death stranding But the controller will break fast and the battery is a meme
>>738876327The vibration is way different and the triggers push back change the level of force used. It's really something when it's done right but very few game have it.
>>738876295i would make a webm but my hands are brown and itd get memed
>>738876586Just wash your hands
>>738876295ah ok i see, my bad. I thought they were the same thing. Good to see theyre not
I'm fairly certain control and Alan wake 2 have it but I only played it on Xbox.
Only time I experienced it was in Zenless Zone Zero fishing minigames
ff7 rebirth and ff16 have it but very minimal usage
>>738875534Death Stranding 2.
>>738875534What does it do? I have a dualsense.
I'm probably the only retard in the world thats actively excited for advancements in vibration technology and other controller shit. It's the one autistic reason why I don't like using mouse and keyboard
>>738877210You are not millions bought the dual sense controller for this feature and where disappointed nobody actually supported it.You are not special
>>738875534I hope FH6 implements it, but I doubt it since they've never even made a good clutch implementation
>>738877350You sound like a fun person
>>738877506Yes I spend my days playing with baby goats. It fixed my 20y of depression
>>738877501Horizon games are never realistic tho. Also I highly doubt a former xbox exclusive really cares that much about the ps5 controller
>>738877573You should do it again
>>738875808>weapon ability is done by holding the left trigger halfway, a full press activates the energy weaponthat sounds awfulthey cant just map them to different buttons?
>>738877862Tomorrow
>>738875534Death Stranding 2 is the GOAT for this
>>738875534Hate the dual sense triggers. They have enough travel to go across the street.
>>738875534Pragmata, but you have to switch the controller type since it defaults to xbox.Beamng.drive is also pretty neat it simulates pedal feedback through the triggers. It's a shame the DualSense isn't more widely supported.
>>738877956>>738877956>weapon abilityits not really an ability, more a second mode. Eg a gun shoots a charged attack instead of singular bullets yknow. It feels very natural. But the game lets you map the buttons anyway
>>738878001What does it do?
>>738875808good morning sir
>Mfw I have gorilla fingers so adaptive triggers mean absolutely nothing to me
>>738875534Stellar blade.
>>738875808Does a full press make the character shit?
Returnal and Ratchet and Clank are the only 2 that actually use it for gameplay
>>738875534uhhhhsuper mario sunshine
Pro tip if a game says it has dual sense support turn off your steam input
Is the dual sense edge worth it?
>>738878482Nta but I think death stranding 1 and 2 use adaptive trigger resistance to simulate how difficult the trek is.
>>738884135This true of the PC port as well for 1?
>>738884293Gotta google that yourself fella. I never played it with controller because while I love force feedback stuff like that, I love mouse aiming in games with guns more.
kill your parents
>>738875534jedi survivor also the haptics only works wired on pc
>>738876154That part in U4 ps5 where you have to tap the controller like a torch was utter kino
