The fact that if you kill the Nightmare and it respawns again is so dumb. Why even waste so much ammo on that stupid thing when you can just wait out the timer until its gone.

>>738878321My first playthrough was blind on Nightmare/Survival and I went human upgrades only cause I wanted the achievement.The slow motion ability and shotgun break everything. Years later I did it again but went Typhon only and it was just as easy with black goo monster powers. It's not a very hard game and by mid point you'll be a destructive monster no matter what you upgraded.

I decided not to use purple skills. I see it as not learning into the "dark side" since I was told that after grabbing one of those, tourets wont recognise me as a human anymore.
