Any way you kill him would be too fast, any weapon you use wouldn't cause enough suffering because of all the adrenaline released during a fight.Crucifixion is the only thing he actually fears if you talk to him in the fort, it's the only good option you have for dealing with him.There should be more dialogue with crucified benny, you should be able to mock him, tell him about how you fucked up his plans, ruined his cassino, killed his men, or took it all for yourself. Mock his "muh game was rigged from the start" dialogue or something like that, maybe break the fourth wall will the wild wasteland perk, tell him you're the actual main character in the story. Also he should be propped up a bit more during your quest to find him. He's the only consistent antagonist in the game, he will oppose you no matter what faction you pick so make more interactions with him.
