The usual recommendations would be games like Daemon x Machina, Armored Core 4 and 6, Omega Boost and maybe even Mecha Break with certain mechs (if it's not dead by now). If you're looking for a similar feeling without mecha, you could look towards games like Vanquish.But, as far as I know, ZoE is pretty much unique.
