rain world's modded regions are unreali'm strongly convinced that the game with no clear goal could possibly be the best adventure game ever invented after 100+ hours in-gamethere's always something new to explore and admire. have you tried rain world yet /v/?
i tried it years ago and found the gates you had to grind levels to get past really tedious. i think they added options to disable said gates or something.
>>738903315karma gates weed out most players but become much less of a problem once you get used to playing the game, it's a fairly reasonable skill check imoyour platforming skills improve naturally and the whole cycle of sheltering, foraging, and picking when to fight or flee well become second nature after a while and since you keep it up without thinking about it you end up rarely needing to worry about karmait effectively forces you to pay attention since there's actually risk to whatever you do. but yea there's ways to disable it or you can play as monk (who has a much easier time with gates)
>>738903073hanging gardens looks good, I've never tried mods in rain worldwhich are the best modded areas?
>>738904183coral caves, stormy coast, forsaken station, shrouded assembly, lush mire, hanging gardens, preservatory, all of these regions connect into each other and i've been enjoying them so faralso check out sunlit trail (a cluster of 12 modded regions), or pretty much anything in this collection: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3018891649still have a lot to dig into but so far i'm really impressed with how many dev-quality mods there are
