I don’t understand the hype. The story and art is incredible, but I utterly hate the game mechanics. It’s like a shit version of metroid or hollow knight, I really hate the controls and attack moves. If it were and feel better, it’s an easy 8/10

NG+ is where it really shines, half a dozen of new bosses better than the base game and the health orbs penitence is more interesting than regular health bar
