I haven't played in a few weeks, but that social season thing was horseshit. The only way you were getting any of the prizes was if you were on a team filled with poopsockers. All I cared about was the free alchemist pet, but the amount of points needed was really high and the quests were unfun.

Once you have everything the game's a pretty great tower defense with a surprising high skill ceiling. Sadly though beating that ceiling either requires hours upon hours of trial and error or diving into wikis for stats and synergies.
