It worked better than I expected with deck's dpad. I haven't used a controller for a fighter with motions for more than a decade by the way. I have not felt like I was going to accidently press the back buttons at all and they feel perfectly fine to use purposefully. My hands are definitely bigger than any 'standard' japanese person's hand kek

For me it's this. Has everything I need, rear paddles, l4/r4, dinput, xinput, switch input, hall effect, swappable face buttons (so I can actually use the correct layout for once), haptics, and gyro for those select few games which play best with a controller but still benefit from a mouse pointer in certain specific ways (Wii/Wii-U emulation for example). Those swappable stick caps are quite uncomfortable but I keep them on anyway because it's fun, plus you can pinch them between your thumb and index finger and have a mini lil joystick for retro shooters
