All you really need is the tavern, 2 zombies on vineyards, 1 zombie making wine, and then 3 zombies at the quarry and 2 at the lumberjack.You could do a lot more after that, there are a ton of further improvements.But none of them will really provide anything you need, you already have all the resources and all the money.
