Kingdoms destabilizing because kings are getting murdered by Letho. Foltest's is pinned on Geralt so he's forced to flee. Then you find Letho in the forest of Flotsam, he kidnaps Triss and you follow his trail with either Ioverth or Roche. You become involved in a Kedweni conflict for a while and then find out Triss is in Loc Muinne where all the mages are meeting. You learn that Sile and Phillipa hired Letho to kill the kings in exchange for having his witcher school restored. You either kill Letho or let him go and the game ends.
