Inspiration can be obtained from Elise A+ who is Azura's only option in conquest so there's no reason not to do that. Nina will have great offensive stats but her defensive growths will tank. The only parent of Nina I could think that is better for a physical bow user is Mozu because you give Niles access to archer, and with aptitude Nina's overall better than Azura!Nina. However aptitude apparently does not apply to levels due to chapter scaling, so you would need to recruit her early. Shigure gets outlaw access which is good, slightly weakens his strength and defense but gives him a bit more HP and speed.If you're using her as an offensive unit it depends on what class you want to give her except wyvern rider because that requires Corrin. Her offenses will carry her in whatever physical class you choose.
