Start with 3, youll have fun. New Vegas is more game but you can aim the guns. 4 is boring but it mostly works.
i started with new vegas and it became my favourite game but you are probably gonna wanna plan a build ahead of time3 is fun but doesn't offer the complete experience like new vegas4 is amazing once you take the fusion modlist from wabbajack and slap on 50 weapon mods
