Hitbox for most fighting games was already a grey area, but you can KIND OF argue for it because arcade stick & keyboard are both legal, and hitbox is a fusion of both.
Hitbox for Smash though is just pure cheating though. Nothing even close is supported by actual Nintendo consoles.
