A few months ago I bought a 5090 to tinkertranny with AI and downloaded a few games that are known for their visuals to check em out and I'm just thoroughly unimpressed. Its been (many, many) years since I played an actual cutting edge modern AAA game and I honestly thought we were further along than this. I guess I was extrapolating from the rate of graphical improvements from back when I used to play games.

Using healing items and setting any artifacts, reloading magazines. Writing down things maybe, or talking out loud. Random stuff, and on objectives, the zone, what they should remember, practicing talking to get the best dialogue options. Resting where it's comfortable. Picking a direction where there's something unusually interesting. Throwing bolts. Calling for others, like "anyone out there?!".Organizing inventory, throwing out what you've collected that isn't worth carrying.Needs to be very easy to shoot, especially on console.I've said enough on making graphics better. But a little again: Resolution and motion blur should be so low it's hard to see. Have to stand still to see into the distance. Atmosphere would be why most play Stalker. Need lots of sounds interacting with the environment, wind effects, dark needs to be pitch black except for the sky, and still navigatable.
