Nothing. It's the only game I wish that didn't require playing the first one as the first one is so fucking bad outside of its setting and let's not even mince words on Bioshlock Infinite.

Mediocre writing. The plot sucks because the big bad is just not interesting in any way. There's no depth or nuance to her character like Andrew Ryan had, she's just a massive bitch and her motivations are literally nonsensical. Worse dialogue and pacing overall. The only things I particularly liked about the writing were Sinclair and the moral choices.Everything else about the game was quite good though. It really does feel like the devs played BS1 and tried hard to improve on it. I'd say the only fatal gameplay flaw it has is that some plasmids are obscenely OP.
