I only have this game because one year, all of my friends decided to give me two Frogger games each as joke gifts.
I made the mistake of thinking this would be as good as the Dreamcast Frogger 2.

Kind of, but the weird thing is it's PS2 era.
Frogger had a 3D game on the original Playstation that was a lot like GB Donkey Kong, it starts off with the arcade levels but then you explore 3D areas with traditional Frogger movement and some extra moves.
The Great Quest was a weird platformer reboot and had little to do with Frogger other than the name.

I rented a PS2 from Blockbuster and played this shit and Tekken Tag. This was a lame ass PS1 platformer on the PS2. It’s also kind of interesting that Konami decided to take Frogger, a green character, make him humanoid, and set him in a fairy tale world right at the same time of Shrek’s massive popularity.

This game is legitimately awful and frogger is such an unlikable character that it boggles the mind.
