Maybe some rare boss spawns that is so strong people will work together. Getting the game victory is also not the primary goal always, since there will be personal events that pop up, so a player might focus on completing that personal event instead of winning the match. Miyazaki is cooking up something wild for sure, The Duskbloods is the game that FromSoftware has been developing the longest + it is a Miyazaki passion project.Also, the most "mechanically skilled" PvP'er won't always win the game, as Miyazaki said, the game is designed for grievers and opportunistic players too.

On the other hand though, it is a little silly when you're playing Elden Ring and you feel like you're running into Demon Souls enemies. Sort of feels like you paid full price for recycled shit.I don't care that much, but that is because I also play Path of Exile, and every new league reuses animations/models with some edits so they can actually pump out a ton of new content. Why do people insist on calling this fortnite just because of the circle? It's not a BR, it isn't even PvP. Loot chests aren't unique to BRs either. It's a co-op boss rush gamemode.
